Every Ceylarae order ships with tracking. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, then email you a tracking link. The first carrier update can take 24 to 48 hours to show.

Find your order in three steps

  • 1. Check your email

    Search your inbox for Ceylarae. Your order confirmation and shipping emails hold your order details.

  • 2. Tap View your order

    Open the email and tap View your order. Your order status page shows the carrier, the tracking number and every update.

  • 3. Or sign in

    Sign in with the email you ordered with. We send you a one-time code, no password needed.

Tracking not moving?

Write to support@ceylarae.com with your order number and we will check it with the carrier. We reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
