How do I take Ceylarae?

One softgel a day with a meal. Many people take it with their largest meal of the day. Each pouch holds 30 softgels, a 30-day supply.

What is in each softgel?

A concentrated Ceylon cinnamon extract (Cinnamomum verum) in MCT oil, a light carrier oil from coconut, inside a softgel. Full details are on the Supplement Facts panel.

What is the difference between Ceylon and Cassia cinnamon?

Most cinnamon on grocery shelves is Cassia, which is naturally high in coumarin. Health authorities set a daily intake limit for coumarin because large amounts may stress the liver. Ceylon cinnamon, from Sri Lanka, contains only trace amounts, so it suits a daily habit. Ceylarae uses Ceylon only.

What does Ceylarae support?

When will I notice a difference?

What is your return policy?

Ceylarae comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you opened and used it and it is not for you, email us within 90 days of delivery for a refund, no return needed. Unopened pouches can be returned within 90 days. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
